Peace in the Storm
Good morning my King, You kept us still in peace from the storm that surrounds us. The roof You provide us was sealed with a shield of faith, and as I prayed my soul to keep, You kept me and my family from harm, fear or fright, You kept us sound asleep throughout the night. I awake to a new day, to see the Glory in Your name as peace is still in the midst of the storm, for this house is quiet and safe. Such a peaceful sound, a quietness all around even as the storm is still stirring. I am sheltered by Your Holy Spirit, covered by Your blood as the anger of Your wrath passes us over. Hallelujah! Glory to the living King, who protects me and my family. Keeping us from fear, that we not even hear the stirring of Your wrath, but filled with the sound of peace, The peace that assures, You are with me! For me and my house we shall serve the Lord!
