11/26 12:57am Sometimes when we are in the fire it feels like we are in the pit of hell. We see the burning fire, we feel the living heat, but we don't realize that we're not getting burned. The hands of mercy are always upon us giving us the opportunity every time to follow Him, to serve and obey. All to fall under the terms of His convenant, so To be under His convenant. He seeks us to seek Him every time. Not because He needs us, but because He loved us first. He gives us chance after chance after chance to seek Him but yet The worldly things seem to be so attractive and so inviting. Even the worries and anxieties, self-consciousness, depression, that come along with it but yet it is the very same trap the Lord warns us to keep away from- "the forbidden tree!"
